Job Description

Partner Marketing Manager

HeadHunters Hub

• Develop and own the partner marketing strategy, defining how co-branded campaigns, content, and pipeline generation work across the ecosystem. • Orchestrate co-marketing programs with existing clients and partners, including joint case studies, co-authored content, shared webinars, and newsletter features. • Grow industry association memberships, turning passive participation into speaking opportunities, working group involvement, and warm introductions. • Build and manage a public partner directory — a structured ecosystem listing that partners actively want to be part of. • Organize and execute the company’s presence at major industry events through satellite activations such as side events, networking dinners, and joint booth arrangements with partners, coordinating closely with the Head of Events. • Host and produce webinars and presentations, managing everything from speaker coordination to post-event content repurposing. • Track and report on ecosystem-driven KPIs including referral volume and leads, NPS, co-marketing reach, partner-sourced pipeline, and directory engagement.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem, business development, or partnerships.
  • Ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto/Web3.
  • Demonstrated experience running co-marketing programs with measurable results.
  • Familiarity with the payments or financial infrastructure landscape: who the players are and how they interconnect.
  • Well-connected in fintech, payments, or an adjacent vertical industry.
  • Strong ownership mindset - able to oversee projects end-to-end and raise issues early.
  • Ability to think in systems and compounding growth opportunities.
  • Strong written communication and clear stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience representing a company at industry events, associations, or partner audiences.
  • Willingness to travel for key industry events and partner activities across Europe and beyond.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building initiatives from scratch.

Benefits

  • Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere in the EU or UK (preference for candidates based in the Baltic countries).
  • Competitive pay & benefits: Salary aligned with your experience plus a comprehensive social benefits package.
  • Dynamic work environment: Opportunity to join a fast-growing global IT company working on ambitious projects.
  • Continuous learning: Exposure to innovative payment technologies and evolving industry trends.
  • Challenging projects: Work that encourages creativity, ownership, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Supportive culture: Collaborative team environment with regular team-building events and activities.
  • Growth opportunities: Professional and personal development support, including paid coaching sessions and additional wellness days.
