We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Partner to join IVIX. In this role, you will lead strategic partnerships with state tax agencies, building deep relationships and gaining a thorough understanding of their jurisdictional and operational environments. You will translate complex regulatory challenges and customer pain points into structured, measurable solutions powered by IVIX’s technology, while owning the full delivery cycle from Proof of Value through deployment to ensure meaningful revenue impact and long-term client success. About the postion - Build trusted, strategic partnerships with state tax teams, gaining deep understanding of their jurisdictional structures and operational models. - Serve as the primary bridge between customers and IVIX, translating tax agency requirements and operational pain points into structured technical capabilities and measurable outcomes. - Provide tax domain leadership, resolving complex jurisdictional questions and guiding internal product development based on customer needs. - Own full end-to-end delivery cycles — from initial Proof of Value (POV) through deployment — managing timelines, milestones, and success criteria to ensure actionable results. - Represent the voice of the customer internally by collaborating closely with Product, R&D, Data Solutions, and Sales to drive long-term product improvements. - Partner with Sales leadership to identify renewal and expansion opportunities by clearly demonstrating ROI and leveraging client successes. - Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks early, and mitigate friction points to ensure long-term client success. Requirements - 15+ years of hands-on and management experience in tax enforcement (DOR, IRS, or similar) OR 8+ years of specialized tax consulting experience (e.g., Big Four SALT/Forensics). - Demonstrated track record of leading complex investigations or high-stakes audit projects (“Audit DNA”). - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple tax jurisdictions. - Client-centric mindset with proven ability to lead sync meetings, manage complex timelines, and align senior stakeholders. - Technical curiosity and aptitude to understand AI-driven technology and analytical methodologies (advanced Excel capabilities are highly valued). - BA/B.Sc. in a quantitative or business-related discipline (Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related fields); advanced degree is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment. - Strong cultural fluency, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building capabilities across diverse stakeholders. - High ownership mentality with the ability to influence without formal authority and execute both independently and collaboratively. - Willingness to travel as needed to support US-based clients, with occasional travel to Israel. - Experience in Sales & Use, Corporate Income, or Nexus investigations is highly valued.

• Leading design, development, and evolution of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products for global customers • Implementing Enterprise analytics best practices, data models, semantic models, agentic and generative AI analytics solutions for our global teams and customer base • Determining the BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices for delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions • Supporting Solventum HIS analytics development for both internal and external customers across the US and the globe • Working closely with team throughout Solventum to deliver our data driven products

• Analyze and interpret Workday HR data to deliver accurate reporting, insights, and process improvements that support HR and business decision‑making • Partner closely with HR and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday reporting solutions, validate data, and communicate insights that improve operational efficiency and data quality • Analyze and interpret data from Workday and related HR data sources to support reporting, insights, and business decisions • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate results, and translate needs into reporting solutions • Perform root‑cause analysis to identify data irregularities, discrepancies, and reporting issues; present findings and recommended solutions • Support large‑scale initiatives and projects with limited direction, managing multiple tasks and priorities within targeted timelines • Support the design, testing, and implementation of reporting, process, or system enhancements, including participation in UAT • Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Communicate findings and insights effectively to non‑technical stakeholders, both verbally and visually • Independently engage with customers and business partners to support reporting needs and validate outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned
