• Analyze and interpret Workday HR data to deliver accurate reporting, insights, and process improvements that support HR and business decision‑making • Partner closely with HR and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday reporting solutions, validate data, and communicate insights that improve operational efficiency and data quality • Analyze and interpret data from Workday and related HR data sources to support reporting, insights, and business decisions • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate results, and translate needs into reporting solutions • Perform root‑cause analysis to identify data irregularities, discrepancies, and reporting issues; present findings and recommended solutions • Support large‑scale initiatives and projects with limited direction, managing multiple tasks and priorities within targeted timelines • Support the design, testing, and implementation of reporting, process, or system enhancements, including participation in UAT • Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Communicate findings and insights effectively to non‑technical stakeholders, both verbally and visually • Independently engage with customers and business partners to support reporting needs and validate outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned
