Job Requirements
- Excellent Japanese language knowledge
- Advanced English language skills
- Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management
- Social Media knowledge including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Confidence with digital technology, familiarity with tech tools like Sprinklr and Social Sprout
- Cultural knowledge and interest in California
- Self-motivated with a structured approach to work and productivity in a remote environment
