Role Description We’re looking for a Senior-Level Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to manage and scale paid media for 8–9 figure e-commerce brands. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role for someone who has already managed $150k–$250k/month per brand and knows how to operate in fast-paced, multi-account environments. You will own strategy, forecasting, creative testing frameworks, budget allocation, and performance reporting across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, while working closely with creative and analytics teams to continuously improve results. This is not a junior or execution-only role. We’re looking for someone who can run accounts end-to-end, think like a growth leader, and communicate confidently with clients and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for: - Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and emerging platforms. - Manage and optimize large monthly budgets ($150k–$250k+ per brand). - Lead offer testing, funnel strategy, creative testing frameworks, and scaling systems. - Forecast performance, build growth plans, and guide budget allocation. - Work closely with the creative team to develop winning angles, hooks, and testing roadmaps. - Analyze performance deeply (ROAS, MER, LTV, CAC, contribution margin). - Prepare and present clear performance reports and strategic insights to clients. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading calls and performance reviews. - Build and improve internal systems for experimentation, scaling, and knowledge sharing. Qualifications - Experience with 8–9 figure brands. - Familiarity with attribution tools, MMM, and incrementality testing. - Leadership or mentoring experience with junior buyers or analysts. - 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Paid Media for DTC or e-commerce brands. - Proven experience managing $150k–$250k+/month per brand in ad spend. - Deep expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin (and similar platforms). - Strong background in offer testing, creative strategy, and full-funnel optimization. - Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment. - Highly analytical with strong forecasting and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (native-level English). - Comfortable being fully client-facing and leading strategic conversations. - Able to work autonomously and build systems, not just execute tasks. Benefits - Base salary flexible for top talent + performance bonuses. - Fully remote, contractor role. - Work with high-growth global DTC brands. - Direct impact on scaling large ad accounts. - Long-term growth opportunity in a senior strategic seat. - Compensation up to USD 3K/month.
