• Lead the budget process by coordinating with internal project teams and external vendors to develop detailed cost estimates for material handling system integration projects. • Identify and communicate risks of cost overruns for pricing consideration. • Analyze active and completed projects and apply findings to improve the estimating process. • Develop preliminary project schedules with input from internal project teams and external vendors. • Develop high-level rough order of magnitude pricing for projects by leveraging rules of thumb and historical data. • Create RFQs (Requests for Quotes) for equipment and services to solicit bids from vendors. • Present project budgets to sales and leadership. • Maintain awareness of current market conditions that affect pricing and lead times. • Review RFP documentation, quotes, drawings, and other relevant documents to ensure pricing accounts for project requirements. • Lead the hand-off of project budgets to the implementation team. • Assist sales teams with the creation of sales proposals and presentations as needed.

• Lead engagements with enterprise customers, aligning iQ360 deployment with their strategic goals. • Operate as both a technical architect and a strategic advisor in executive-level discussions. • Design integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows across complex multi-system environments. • Oversee rapid prototyping and ensure scalable, long-term adoption patterns. • Drive change management initiatives, from stakeholder buy-in to end-user adoption. • Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and validate ROI realization. • Coach and develop Associate and mid-level FDEs, raising the standard of field engineering across the team. • Capture and prioritize customer requirements, adoption blockers, and new opportunities.

• Liaise directly with client stakeholders to understand their operational challenges, identify energy efficiency opportunities, and develop bespoke technical solutions. • Lead detailed surveys of buildings and facilities to identify energy efficiency opportunities across HVAC, lighting, controls, renewables, and water systems. • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that quantify carbon and cost-saving measures. • Oversee conceptual and detailed Mechanical & Electrical Services designs to support retrofit and decarbonisation projects. • Create Decarbonisation Plans for existing buildings, mapping energy and carbon reduction pathways aligned to client sustainability goals. • Oversee design-to-delivery handover, working closely with the PMO and Project Delivery teams to ensure technical integrity and successful implementation.

• Provide implementation services to customers using Clinisys solutions • Deliver multiple tasks such as business analysis, data architecture and Gap/Fit workshops, configuration, unit testing and validation support • Work with the project manager or customer services manager, following guidance and project plans • Make proposals and identify technical risks to communicate to the project manager • Ensure proper documentation of work in MIA • Deliver project tasks on time and within budget • Keep the project manager informed about task status • Demonstrate flexibility and undertake business travel for on-site support • Manage and implement small projects or sub-projects • Conduct customer training • Serve as an internal and external interface
