Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

• Lead engagements with enterprise customers, aligning iQ360 deployment with their strategic goals. • Operate as both a technical architect and a strategic advisor in executive-level discussions. • Design integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows across complex multi-system environments. • Oversee rapid prototyping and ensure scalable, long-term adoption patterns. • Drive change management initiatives, from stakeholder buy-in to end-user adoption. • Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and validate ROI realization. • Coach and develop Associate and mid-level FDEs, raising the standard of field engineering across the team. • Capture and prioritize customer requirements, adoption blockers, and new opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Top-tier consulting experience – former Senior Consultant / Manager / Principal from a global consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, Oliver Wyman, etc.) with exposure to enterprise transformation programs.
- Technical fluency – comfort with APIs, data platforms, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Not a career coder, but able to design, review, and prototype with credibility.
- Strategic operator – proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, design business cases, and link technology to commercial outcomes.
- Change management expertise – experience leading transformation programs, including training, adoption, and behavior change.
- Domain experience in hospitality, retail, supply chain, or workforce optimization a plus (but not required).
