• Develop, implement, and optimize outbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth • Manage and mentor a team of sales reps or strategists • Identify new lead sources and market opportunities to expand client base • Own high-level sales conversations and close deals with key decision-makers • Oversee CRM usage ensuring clean, accurate data for forecasting and reporting • Launch and oversee multi-channel outreach campaigns via calls, email, and LinkedIn • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with recruiting and operational capacity • Provide regular sales performance updates to leadership
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- At least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role
- Background in staffing, recruiting, or HR tech preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist)
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working across time zones with a fully remote, global team
- Minimum C1-level English fluency; confident in conversations with North American clients
