Sales Associate
Impilo
• Generate qualified meetings through a mix of: In-person visits and relationship-building within your territory, Outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn), Follow-up on inbound leads when assigned. • Represent Impilo professionally in local markets through: Office visits, lunch-and-learns, community outreach, Conferences or local events as needed. • Qualify prospects based on ICP, program readiness, and urgency. • Partner closely with assigned Account Executives to align on target accounts and outreach strategy, share insights from the field, support deal progression when needed. • Maintain accurate activity and notes in HubSpot.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or healthcare-related roles.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and office staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with good follow-up habits.
- Willingness to be in the field and travel locally within territory.
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role.
- Bachelors degree required.
