Account Manager
Adaequatio Services
• Generate recurring revenue by acquiring new clients • Create an exceptional customer journey to onboard clients to the Yogurt Kitchen concept • Contact prospective clients and organize on-site demonstrations and tastings • Negotiate long-term contracts, close sales, and sign agreements • Implement the concept at client locations and launch the partnership • Visit existing clients and strengthen customer relationships • Continuously monitor commercial performance and execution at client sites • Carefully document all opportunities, progress, and points of attention for each client • Meet and exceed sales targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proven initial experience in a dynamic B2B commercial environment (FMCG, hospitality, catering/foodservice, etc.)
- Ability to identify and create value in every situation
- High energy and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with individuals and organizations
- Optimistic with a strong work ethic
- Determination to go above and beyond to acquire clients
- Fluency in French; good command of English is an asset
- Driving license required
- Mobility: 60–70% travel to client sites

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear, proactive, and partner-first • Run partner check-ins for owned accounts with strong agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through • Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and keep detailed records on scope, deliverables, and status • Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight • Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights that drive smarter decisions • Keep creative, media, and analytics pods aligned so execution stays smooth and predictable • Track progress against partner goals: budget, inquiries, apps, enrollments • Spot retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities early and support proposals alongside the Account Director • Jump into new business support and onboarding when needed to help partnerships start strong • Assist with account financial health by supporting reporting accuracy and following up on invoicing as requested
