• Collaborate with the GS1 Member Organisation community and industry to understand trends and developments in implementation of GS1 identifiers and data carriers in Retail. • Coordinate monthly GS1 Member Organisation meetings, newsletters and other GS1 Federation-wide communication activities. • Work with a range of GS1 cross-functional teams (e.g., Training, Marketing, etc) to influence and support delivery of resources. • Following the GS1 Project Management Methodology, define and manage relevant annual programme planning activities. • Monitor progress against agreed programme objectives. • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks. • Build strong relationships within GS1 Global Office and within the GS1 MOs to become a trusted support for 2D migration activities.

• Build and lead the GS1 public policy strategy in LATAM • Shape regulations, engage key governmental stakeholders • Strengthen supply chains through standards, traceability, and collaboration • Develop and implement plans with GS1 Member Organisations in the LATAM Region • Engage with stakeholders on public policy matters relevant to GS1

• Lead the development and execution of GS1’s global healthcare regulatory and public policy strategy, aligned with GS1’s broader enterprise public policy priorities. • Engage at senior levels with governments, international organisations, regulators, and authorities across medicines, MedTech, and digital health domains. • Build and sustain strategic relationships with global and regional industry associations and healthcare stakeholders to support regulatory alignment and standards adoption. • Provide recognised subject matter expertise and thought leadership through position papers, policy inputs, and strategic guidance supporting implementation of GS1 standards. • Represent GS1 as a credible and neutral voice at international regulatory forums, conferences, and policy meetings. • Lead and develop a global regulatory and regional engagement team, ensuring effective delivery against strategic objectives and capability building across regions. • Collaborate closely with GS1 Member Organisations and internal teams to support education, regulatory alignment, and coordinated global engagement.

• Generate recurring revenue by acquiring new clients • Create an exceptional customer journey to onboard clients to the Yogurt Kitchen concept • Contact prospective clients and organize on-site demonstrations and tastings • Negotiate long-term contracts, close sales, and sign agreements • Implement the concept at client locations and launch the partnership • Visit existing clients and strengthen customer relationships • Continuously monitor commercial performance and execution at client sites • Carefully document all opportunities, progress, and points of attention for each client • Meet and exceed sales targets
