Technical Support Engineer

Sumsub

• Providing technical support for the Sumsub platform for B2B clients. • Performing technical analysis and resolving reported issues. • Collaborating with engineers on technical action plans. • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal resources. • Communicating with clients via chat, email, and calls.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (both oral and written, upper-intermediate as a minimum).
  • Basic understanding of networking, web, API requests, and SQL.
  • Curiosity, calmness, thoughtfulness, and ability to satisfy clients.
  • Experience with debugging network requests.
  • Familiarity with Postman or API troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience in technical support for web or mobile applications.
