Junior Customer Experience Analyst – Digital Content Focus

• Ensure the quality and monitor the delivery of digital content in real time for social media channels; • Support the team of designers and analysts, ensuring alignment, agility and excellence in deliverables; • Monitor content publishing and engagement on social networks, ensuring consistency in communication and the customer experience; • Interact directly with clients, supporting quick and strategic decision-making; • Work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of requests and a need for rapid responses; • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met for all deliverables; • Collaborate with different departments to optimize processes and workflows.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience coordinating or monitoring teams;
- Experience with digital content routines, social media or real-time operations;
- Knowledge of video editing or a degree in design, audiovisual production or related fields;
- Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook;
- Experience publishing and adapting content for different social networks.
