• Support with production and ideation of Travel Rule and Crypto Monitoring content. • Own content for the Sumsub Academy, driving results for lead generation, course completion, and reputation. • Identify new opportunities to create or repurpose content that drives value. • Transform complex topics into valuable, easily digestible content. • Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and ensure timely execution of projects. • Uphold a consistent brand voice and narrative across all content.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced or native English speaker.
  • 4+ years of experience in product content marketing, brand marketing, or similar roles.
  • Proven success in leading content-driven campaigns for product-based IT/tech businesses (complex SaaS products as a plus).
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant examples of your work is required.
  • Industry knowledge (Fintech/Cybersecurity/KYC preferred).
  • Research and analytical skills to gather/interpret data.
  • Expert in writing and storytelling with a strategic mindset toward content development.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing content strategies, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Superset, or similar to track KPIs.
