• As an independent Business Developer under contract, you will be the exclusive YXELON representative in your assigned territory. • Your mission is twofold: develop a network of qualified B2B partners and establish a lasting brand presence in your territory. • You will act as a true ambassador for the YXELON brand, with significant autonomy to organize your activities. • Prospect, open, and nurture a network of B2B partners: concept stores and multi-brand retailers, lifestyle & accessories stores, hotels, resorts, boutique hotels, mobility spaces, sports and wellness venues with a strong lifestyle fit. • Present and promote the stYle Collections (apparel & accessories). • Manage sales follow-up and partner relationships. • Implement YXELON’s DNA, values and vision at the local level. • Identify development opportunities in your territory. • Contribute to building the network for the long term (quality before volume).
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (fashion, accessories, lifestyle, sports, hospitality, mobility…)
- Multi-brand agents or entrepreneurial profiles welcome
- Existing network appreciated but not required
- Strong autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, reliability
- Sensitivity to responsible premium brands
- Ability to adopt a long-term perspective

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
