• Design, develop, and optimize business workflows using Appian Process Modeler. • Create process diagrams and documentation using BPMN 2.0 standards. • Build and configure rules, forms, user interfaces, and reports within the Appian platform. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to refine functional and process requirements. • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities. • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments. • Maintain process documentation, workflows, and system updates. • Ensure all implementations comply with enterprise architecture, governance, and development standards. • Assist in process optimization, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or Process Design.
  • Hands-on experience with Appian development and process modeling.
  • Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, workflow lifecycle management, and case management concepts.
  • Experience integrating Appian with APIs, external systems, and backend services.
  • Exposure to enterprise operations or banking workflows.
  • Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Appian Certified Associate Developer or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and system integrations.
  • Experience working on digital transformation or automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices within Low-Code / No-Code environments.
