• Lead business requirement discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and process requirements. • Translate business needs into solution blueprints and functional designs using Appian LCNC capabilities. • Define end-to-end business architecture, including process flows, capability models, and operating models. • Identify process optimization, digitization, and automation opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Appian developers, architects, and process designers to ensure functional alignment and feasibility. • Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and solution documentation. • Define KPIs, SLAs, and measurable outcomes for digital transformation initiatives. • Support solution design, presales discussions, effort estimations, and impact assessments. • Ensure solutions comply with governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements. • Provide advisory support on digital transformation initiatives and operating model improvements.

• Build and maintain feature-rich iOS applications. • Develop intuitive user interfaces to simplify athlete data input and visualisation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Sports Science teams to design new features. • Write robust, well-tested, and maintainable code. • Participate in the full product lifecycle, from prototyping to release. • Contribute to improving team processes, tooling, and architecture.
