• Develop and maintain the data & analytic architecture strategy, reference architecture, and roadmaps, aligning data architecture with the overall business strategy and objectives. Conduct data capability assessments and build maturity improvement roadmaps. • Ensure data architecture aligns with data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, while implementing data security and secure access controls. • Own the Data Platform architecture, ensuring its scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. • To build a data-driven organisation, ensure proper service model architecture to streamline demand fulfilment and incident management. • Design and implement efficient data pipelines, leveraging vital platform components, with industry standards and best practices. • Engage with and influence senior stakeholders to drive data-led operations, translating business needs into technical requirements. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks that enhance data architecture capabilities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project scope that align with product goals and business objectives. • Implement automated code review mechanisms to enhance development efficiency and maintain high-quality standards. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineers, developers, and analysts while leading and developing architecture teams. Guide data teams, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and stay updated with emerging data technologies. • Leverage TOGAF’s four architecture domains (Business, Data, Application, and Technology) to design and optimize enterprise-wide data solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in establishing modernise data platform from ground up.
  • Expertise in any of the cloud-based data platform SnowFlake, Azure, Power BI, and dev-ops. Clear understanding and implementation capability of Enterprise Architecture Framework like TOGAF or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in data modelling, data lakes, data warehousing, and ETL pipelines. Experience in performance management dashboards, complexity estimation frameworks, and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to effective communication with senior leadership (CXOs, Data Heads, Other business heads) and drive enterprise-wide data initiatives. TOGAF certification (preferred) or equivalent experience in enterprise architecture methodologies.
