• Lead solution architecture for high-impact, multi-year managed service deals • Own solution integrity across scope, cost, and delivery alignment • Map client requirements to GDS offerings using standardised services • Build and validate cost models aligned to deal margin expectations • Create clear, structured solution designs and supporting artefacts • Engage from early qualification through to final proposal and handover • Ensure GDS services are positioned early and consistently in deals • Work across multiple opportunities at different stages (pre-DR1 to proposal) • Manage priorities, timelines, and dependencies with minimal supervision • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-level clients • Lead presales discussions focused on business outcomes and value • Translate client challenges into clear solution approaches and roadmaps • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and finance to drive alignment and sign-off • Ensure solutions are practical, deliverable, and aligned to standard offerings • Build working knowledge across Service Management, SIAM, OCM, T&T, and PMO

• Own a territory, vertical, or named account list and achieve quota through consultative selling of FinOps solutions. • Design tailored solutions that help customers achieve cloud, AI, and SaaS value realization, financial accountability, and innovation goals. • Provide FinOps subject matter expertise and align solutions to the FinOps Framework. • Collaborate with SHI Account Executives, internal stakeholders, and SHI partners to lead engagements from discovery through closure. • Deliver compelling value propositions through proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses. • Close deals that drive customer success and position SHI as a strategic FinOps partner.

• Partner with Account Executives to engage prospective customers and understand their business and technical requirements • Act as the technical point of contact in customer conversations, clearly explaining IDVerse’s solutions to different audiences • Translate customer needs into aligned product capabilities and solution use cases • Support pre‑sales discussions by positioning features, workflows, and value propositions appropriately • Provide high‑level guidance on how IDVerse solutions are implemented in customer environments • Share best practices and common implementation approaches to support smooth onboarding • Capture customer feedback, technical questions, and feature requests and relay them to Product and Go‑To‑Market teams • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging • Support internal enablement activities, including contributing to product knowledge sharing and sales training.

• Designs and builds relational databases for data storage or processing • Develops strategies for warehouse implementation, data acquisition and access, and data archiving and recovery • Builds data models and defines the structure, attributes and nomenclature of data elements • Evaluates new data sources for adherence to the organization's quality standards and ease of integration • Provides subject matter expertise regarding information architecture • Develops and enforces the data architecture standards • Develops and maintains documentation that maps data models to information systems and business applications • Validates and fixes information management issues related to data quality framework (completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, consistency, etc.) • Manages data dictionary to improve documentation and coordination • Assists in building of enterprise architecture information blueprints and data models
