Talent Acquisition Manager
AdStart Media
• Develop and implement a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and hiring plans based on existing data • Lead the full cycle of the recruitment process, including recruitment approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding • Plan procedures for improving the overall candidate experience in collaboration with the hiring team • Actively design, plan and execute relevant online and offline employer branding initiatives to elevate the AdStart Media brand among job seekers and referral sources • Develop and execute strategies to source and select active and passive candidates • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants; establish and tap candidate networks, to research and source of potential candidates • Proactively get involved in staff recruitment through organizing applications, scheduling interviews and working with the admin team to coordinate logistic arrangements for those interviews • Prepare various periodic statistical and analysis reports in relation to recruitment activity and identify areas of improvement • Own recruitment procedures, review and propose changes to enhance efficiency of the whole process on a regular basis • Research, design, advocate and manage employee referral programs • Identify, test and recommend online tools and services to optimize the talent acquisition process • Manage job fairs and related events for talent acquisition and employer branding related activities
Job Requirements
- English fluency is a must
- 3+ years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition role within a lean, fast-paced work environment
- 1+ year of VAS experience
- 2+ year experience as Talent Acquisition in a performance marketing network or direct advertiser
- Self-driven and proactive spirit with a track record of initiative taking and effective project management
- An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalitie
