Job Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience building and shipping software products
  • Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams, ideally in a one team model
  • Comfort partnering with sales, services, and go-to-market teams to support launches and adoption
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Experience building workflow-heavy or operational products; public safety experience is a plus
  • Interest in applying AI to real-world product workflows
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to make thoughtful, driven decisions
