• Be the first point of contact for clinicians and hospital teams • Troubleshoot product and workflow questions • Educate customers on best practices • Partner with Product, Medical, and Engineering to improve experiences • Act as a Powerful Medical ambassador

• Drive clinical adoption and credibility: Build trust with physicians and medical stakeholders • Lead clinical training and education: Deliver training for physicians • Own onboarding and go-live execution: Coordinate and support client onboarding • Be the customer voice internally: Capture feedback from clients and clinicians • Partner across teams: Work closely with Sales to support demos and pilots • Represent the brand: Act as a Powerful Medical ambassador

• Lead discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder calls, and in-person workflow analysis in real clinical environments • Prototype quickly using AI-assisted tools and low-ceremony approaches focused on outcomes • Work with data to define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze usage and product performance • Own initiatives end-to-end—from problem framing and solution design to launch and post-launch learnings • Prepare and execute product communications, including emails, release notes, and enablement materials • Manage the product development cycle closely with Engineering, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams • Act as a trusted product owner for PMcardio for Organizations.
