• This is a remote position. • Business Analyst with experience in financial and tax processes and knowledge of SAP as a user. • Act as the interface between business areas (Tax, Accounting and Treasury) and technology, focusing on the correct application of Brazilian tax legislation in processes and systems. • Elicit and detail requirements with a focus on financial and tax processes. • Serve as a bridge between tax/accounting teams and technical teams. • Map and document processes (especially those with tax impact). • Analyze the impacts of regulatory changes on systems and processes. • Monitor incidents and propose improvements to financial and tax processes. • Support improvement projects and systems evolution (including SAP).

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in Tax, Accounting or Finance areas.
  • Experience using SAP as an end user in operational routines.
  • Participation in projects or improvements with tax impact.
  • Experience in companies operating in Brazil (high tax complexity).
  • SAP knowledge (user): transactions and financial flows.
  • Tax: ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS and ancillary tax obligations.
  • Finance: basic accounting and reconciliations.
  • Business Analysis: requirements, processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), documentation and user interviews.
  • Agile methodologies: experience in Scrum/Kanban environments.
  • Nice to have: Tax Substitution (ST), DIFAL and withholdings.
  • Tax integrations, SQL / BI.
  • Tax reform: impacts on processes and systems.

The Opportunity We're hiring a Infrastructure Manager to accelerate supply and demand matching on our platform. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Head of Infrastructure. The Infrastructure team sits at the core of our infrastructure.
