What You Will Do: - Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. - Assist in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives - Lead or support business process reengineering initiatives - Assist in analyzing and documenting clients’ business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical and non-technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models - Develop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps and documentation. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather process requirements and improvement ideas. - Use data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness. - Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives. - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. - Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend further improvements. - Support change management activities related to process redesign initiatives. - Ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational strategy and compliance requirements. - Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences. What You Will Bring With You: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution - 6+ years of experience in business process improvement, process reengineering, operations improvement, or consulting. - Strong understanding of process mapping and modeling methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma). - Experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, Bizagi). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust - Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. What We Would Like You To Bring With You: - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt), or Business Process Management (BPM). - Experience working with ERP or workflow automation systems. - Familiarity with data analytics tools (Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau). - Experience in digital transformation or operational excellence programs..
