• Job Postings: Responsible for creating and publishing job advertisements across various platforms. • Application Screening: Support the initial screening of applications and perform preliminary evaluations to identify top talent. • Screening Calls: Conduct initial phone/video calls with candidates to assess suitability for the role and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Coordination with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements and ensure an efficient recruiting process. • Active Sourcing: Help identify and proactively engage suitable candidates for open positions through targeted research and outreach — for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles. • Onboarding of Interns: Serve as the primary point of contact for our interns, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they feel supported and comfortable in their role.

Job Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program (preferably in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field).
  • Some prior experience in recruiting is preferred.
  • Ideally, you have experience with AI-based tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • You are a communicative person and enjoy interacting with others.
  • You work independently, are well-structured, and have strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Office applications.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (both spoken and written) are required.
  • You can work at least 15 hours per week and are ideally available for at least 6 months.
