Job Description

Internal Recruiting Coordinator

Stripe

• Maintain and update project records and trackers to reflect current statuses and timelines • Ensure data accuracy through regular checks and reconciliation • Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers, and Talent Mobility teams to understand hiring needs and align on strategies for internal talent movement • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure internal candidates are evaluated fairly and consistently in line with Stripe’s internal mobility practices • Help refine internal recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a positive candidate experience • Handle a high volume of requests and applications while ensuring attention to detail and meeting internal deadlines • Curate a positive candidate experience for all internal candidates • Ensure alignment with Stripe’s values, culture, and operational goals as you drive internal talent mobility across teams • Continuously improve the internal recruiting experience by gathering feedback and identifying areas for process improvement

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, recruiting, or operations role
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including experience with formulas, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, and basic data validation
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands while managing a high volume of requests
  • Ability to refine recruiting processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Knowledge of Stripe’s internal processes or similar fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
  • Exposure to recruiting, HR operations, or immigration/Talent Mobility processes
  • Proficiency in using recruiting and HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)

Position Overview The primary responsibility of the Contract Field Recruiter is to find, engage, and select diverse talent to meet hiring goals for an assigned region, business function, or group of businesses and to act as a talent expert and advisor for Hiring Managers.
