Role Description The Nursery Direct Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of direct‑ship nursery procurement for large landscape projects. This role oversees bid development, purchasing strategy, vendor sourcing, and transportation coordination to ensure profitable, on‑time, and high‑quality project execution. The ideal candidate excels in fast‑paced environments, builds strong supplier relationships, and consistently delivers margin‑positive results. Role Description The Erosion Control Business Development Manager plays a vital role in the sales organization at SiteOne. This role is responsible for prospecting new accounts and expanding margin dollars within under-penetrated accounts, while owning and developing a defined territory. We are seeking a results-driven individual who serves as a trusted advisor to contractors, engineers, developers, and public regulatory agencies and municipal stakeholders. Role Description The Hardscapes Inventory Coordinator helps synchronize stocking strategies across North America in conjunction with field sales leaders and our suppliers. Establishing stocking strategies is part of defining SiteOne’s hardscapes in-stock program. This is accomplished by working alongside field leadership, support teams, and vendors to generate relevant and competitive stocking plans for 15,000+ item -branch combinations, in 40+ unique markets across the US. The Hardscapes Inventory Coordinator will be working alongside all necessary teams, including Category Management, Master Data Management, Operational Excellence, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain to drive inventory excellence within the Hardscape line of business. The Hardscapes Inventory Coordinator primarily collects, organizes, and then migrates incoming data acquired from field partners, or vendor partners, into SiteOne’s inventory database. Role Description The Sales Support Representative plays an important role responsible for providing sales support to the SiteOne sales team and helping to handle complex customer needs. - Provide sales support to Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers. - Proactively communicate needs and problems to Store Personnel and Line of Business Specialists, as needed. - Handle day-to-day customer needs including: - Diagnosing customer problems - Providing customer quotes - Taking customer orders - Coordinating order logistics - Sourcing and monitoring order fulfillment via phone - Develop deep and lasting relationships with customer personnel via phone. - May manage a small book of business, responsible for growing gross margin in book of business year-over-year. - Leverage solution-focused sales tools and processes to maximize growth with assigned accounts. - Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with assigned accounts. - Maintain appropriate professional and technical industry knowledge. - Partner with leadership and Field Support to understand the impact of emerging technologies and ways of working on business performance, and actively support and lead their implementation. - Ensure that customers are aware of and fully utilizing all of SiteOne’s capabilities including SiteOne University, vendor support, and Partner’s Program. - Leverage CRM tools to manage account activity, track opportunities, document customer interactions, and report on pipeline and performance. - Create Material Take-Off (MTO) estimates from landscape and irrigation plans and drawings. - Review blueprints, designs, and specifications to determine required materials. - Support contractors and customers with project planning and product solutions. Qualifications - 1-3 years of customer service or sales support experience preferred. - Knowledge of trends in the green industry; familiarity with landscape, nursery, forestry, and/or irrigation products preferred. - Proven knowledge of the sales cycle and solution selling techniques. - Ability to effectively leverage CRM tools to organize accounts, manage opportunities, and drive consistent sales execution. - Strong math and calculation skills for estimating quantities and costs. - 3+ years’ experience in landscaping, irrigation, construction supply, or estimating. - Experience working with contractors or project-based sales environments. - Ability to communicate value proposition and differentiate SiteOne's products and services using professional presentation skills. - Must possess strong communication, organizational, time management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to think quickly and make decisions. - Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Ready and willing to learn and adopt, and encourage others to learn and adopt, new technologies and ways of working. - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Role Description This position performs credit and collection duties for large and moderately complex customer accounts, including telephone collections, account authorization, and account management. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Collects on customer accounts utilizing available technology and collection strategies. - Negotiates payment plans with past due customers. - Evaluates credit reports and financial statements, along with other customer information and provides recommendations regarding establishment of credit within the company guidelines. - Reviews account status; Recommends and authorizes additional sales to the customer. - Assists with account resolutions for misapplied cash and performs account reconciliations. - Places accounts on Hold/Re-opens, as appropriate. - Manages assigned accounts to maintain low levels of delinquency.
