Solutions Consultant

• Partner with Sales to drive successful pre-sales engagements, including discovery, solution positioning, and product demonstrations • Lead tailored presentations and demos of LINQ ERP, focusing on finance, HR, and payroll modules for K-12 environments • Translate complex customer requirements into clear, compelling solution narratives • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and develop customized proposals and solution documentation • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and system capabilities • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects by providing industry insights and best practices for K-12 ERP systems • Support pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and technical validations as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales role
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably including finance, HR, and payroll modules
  • Strong understanding of K-12 school district operations, business offices, or education technology (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations
  • Experience responding to RFPs and working in complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
