Operations Associate – Lead Quality, Data Validation

Hire Overseas

• Review pre-generated lead lists and verify each lead against defined qualification criteria • Ensure leads meet client-specific Ideal Customer Profile requirements before they move forward • Flag inaccurate, incomplete, or disqualified leads with clear documentation • Follow standardized operating procedures for lead quality checks consistently and without shortcuts • Validate core data points including company and contact location, LinkedIn profile accuracy and matching to the correct individual, and email validity using provided verification tools • Identify patterns in data errors and surface them to the team for process improvement • Maintain high data integrity and low error rates across all reviewed leads • Maintain clean, organized documentation and tracking of all reviewed leads • Keep spreadsheet-based workflows current and accurate throughout each shift • Support additional operational tasks as needed and respond to process updates quickly

Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail is non-negotiable
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and web-based tools including Google Sheets and browser-based research
  • Ability to follow repeatable processes and instructions precisely and consistently
  • Self-directed with strong focus and the ability to maintain steady throughput over a full shift
  • Reliable internet connection and solid computer proficiency
  • Responsive to feedback and quick to adapt when processes change
  • No specific educational background or industry experience required
  • Prior experience in operations, data review, lead generation, or a quality control role is nice to have
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for contact research and profile verification is nice to have
  • Exposure to email validation tools or light AI search tools such as Perplexity or similar is nice to have
  • Background in B2B sales, sales operations, or revenue operations is nice to have
