Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The RN Staffer is delegated the authority and responsibility for administrative supervision of staffing for the Central Staffing Office. The RN Staffer will facilitate balanced resources and sharing of staff across the HSOs. Collaborates closely with the BJC Transfer Center to ensure adequate staff to meet capacity demands. Acts as a liaison with HSO nursing offices. Responsibilities - Facilitates the delivery of safe and appropriate staffing across the system. Effectively responds to special circumstances and acts as the on-site leader. - Assists with patient care operations and integration of services between hospitals.
