Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, interpret clinical data, and generate independent medical opinions while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care for service members and veterans across various settings.

• Responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and strategic alignment of national provider network accounts in alignment with organizational network and service delivery needs • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned national accounts, establishing structured business rhythm meetings and maintaining proactive communication to ensure performance, issue resolution, and alignment with organizational goals • Negotiate provider contract terms and reimbursement rates to ensure financially responsible, sustainable, and mutually beneficial agreements • Document key discussions, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely record maintenance within designated systems • Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to assess volume trends, capacity needs, performance metrics, and opportunities for network optimization • Drive account growth by expanding provider locations, onboarding additional providers, adding new service lines, and identifying new national account opportunities • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and operational leadership to finalize contract terms, evaluate rate strategy, ensure margin alignment, and support special service arrangements when applicable • Maintain accurate provider rosters, contract documentation, and account records; manage workflow items through resolution in alignment with established service standards • Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams to optimize service delivery workflows and resolve operational barriers • Partner with Credentialing to collect, review, and submit credentialing documentation for provider onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements • Participate in internal meetings and enterprise initiatives to support continuous improvement and network performance goals • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and strategic alignment of national ancillary vendors consistent with enterprise growth objectives • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned national accounts, establishing structured business rhythm meetings and maintaining proactive communication to ensure performance, issue resolution, and alignment with organizational goals • Lead negotiation and execution of national ancillary and diagnostic provider agreements, structuring financially responsible rate methodologies • Partner with Finance and leadership to assess reimbursement models and support rate modeling initiatives for enterprise-wide pricing standardization efforts • Document key discussions, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely record maintenance within designated systems • Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to assess volume trends, capacity needs, performance metrics, and opportunities for network optimization • Identify and execute opportunities to expand ancillary and diagnostic services across new locations, lines of business, and existing accounts • Maintain accurate ancillary provider rosters, contract documentation, and records, ensuring contract terms, rates, and service scope are properly documented and operationalized • Coordinate with Credentialing to ensure compliance with diagnostic service requirements • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize scheduling workflows and resolve operational barriers

• Lead end-to-end ATO lifecycle activities, including system categorization, control selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring in accordance with RMF (NIST 800-37) • Coordinates all internal (e.g. Leidos internal audits) and external audit events (e.g. CMMC, HIPAA, NIST, FISMA, Authorization to Operate (ATO) with clients, etc.), including discovery, sample delivery, management response, and remediation activities for all audits • Develop, review, and maintain ATO documentation packages such as SSPs, SAPs, SARs, POA&Ms, and security control traceability matrices • Interpret and apply NIST 800-53 security controls and overlays to system architectures, ensuring proper implementation and inheritance strategies • Coordinate and support security assessments, control validations, and independent verification activities • Serve as primary liaison with Authorizing Officials (AOs), security assessors, and audit teams to facilitate ATO approvals and renewals • Conduct security control gap analyses and drive remediation planning and execution to close compliance findings • Manage and track Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) items, ensuring timely resolution and risk reduction • Support continuous monitoring programs, including vulnerability scanning, configuration management, and control effectiveness validation • Review system and application architectures for security compliance and provide actionable recommendations • Coordinate internal and external audits (FISMA, NIST, HIPAA, CMMC), including evidence collection, responses, and remediation efforts • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and Leidos security teams to embed compliance into system design and DevSecOps practices • Develop and maintain control mappings to frameworks such as Unified Control Framework (UCF) and organizational baselines • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Oversee Regional Managers and strategic sourcing team to ensure the effectiveness of network for all programs. • Responsible for specific team performance in order to achieve operational goals in regards to provider training, retention and satisfaction. • Arrange contract management and credentialing services with healthcare provider networks. • Direct training of team members on workflows and contractual modifications in an efficient and timely manner. • Conduct research to identify providers within designated markets. • Create, maintain, and carry out schedules that ensure deadlines are reached. • Partner with liaison management and support teams to identify provider problems and complaints to develop and implement action plans in order to enhance provider support and experience efficiency. • Responsible for the daily operational workflow, including communication with internal and external partners, resolution of customer issues, and identifying workflow concerns for specific cases and employees. • Use provider systems to manage and produce reports and analyses. • Negotiate and reviewing contract requirements with providers interested in partnership through communication QTC’s core values. • Manage processes focused on exceptional customer service, effective provider utilization, and immediate resolution of provider issues. • Ensure utilization of best practice workflows to ensure operational excellence and seek improvements in order to automate recurring processes. • Responsible for monthly and quarterly operational analysis and reporting.

• Source, identify, and engage healthcare providers nationwide • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns (phone, email, virtual engagement) • Build and maintain a strong provider pipeline through strategic sourcing efforts • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in recruitment systems • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support staffing initiatives • Communicate the value of partnering with Leidos QTC to prospective providers

• Design and deliver programs to train all levels of personnel • Develop tests and visual aids • Conduct training classes and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities • Conduct orientation and job specific training for new team members • Train team members on VA compensation and pension disability worksheets and QTC report writing software • Develop training plans, calendars, and assist with training material development • Schedule training programs and ensure set up of materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner • Update existing training procedures as necessary • Analyze, evaluate, and provide feedback related to training effectiveness • Test, evaluate, and offer feedback on new system updates • Provide operations support to team members as needed • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Domain Lead to collect, understand, and document business requirements and operational needs • Determine business unit needs using techniques such as interviews, workflow analysis, process mapping, data analysis, and requirements workshops • Translate business requirements into standardized system configurations, reports, dashboards, and well-defined technical specifications • Configure and maintain ERP functionality using low-code/no-code tools, including dashboards, automation workflows, import/export scenarios, and reporting tools • Analyze tradeoffs between configuration, customization, integration, and business process change to recommend optimal solutions • Support and monitor ERP integrations, scheduled jobs, and finance-impacting processes; troubleshoot data, posting, and workflow issues • Validate and functionally test system enhancements, integrations, and customizations prior to production release • Participate in release planning, regression testing, system upgrades, and version enhancements • Maintain governance standards related to configuration management, reporting, data integrity, and the Finance segregation of duties (SOD) matrix • Manage roles, permissions, and access reviews in alignment with Finance governance policies • Identify and develop solutions for process improvement and operational efficiency • Design and maintain enterprise-standard reports, dashboards, and data inquiries to support business insight and decision-making • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including configuration standards, process flows, SOPs, and user guides • Provide Tier 2/3 functional support and training to business users • Effectively communicate project activity, risks, and status to management
