Sales Development Representative, Bilingual Outbound

• Outbound Prospecting: Execute 80–100 manual dials per day to B2B prospects within the restaurant industry. • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads, handle complex objections, and successfully schedule meetings for the sales team. • Bilingual Communication: Conduct clear and professional outreach in both English and Spanish, providing translation support when necessary. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the Close CRM, ensuring all calls are logged and lead data is cleaned or validated. • Process Optimization: Support light administrative tasks and provide feedback on lead quality to improve conversion rates. • Compliance: Maintain a high standard of professional conduct, ensuring DNC (Do Not Call) awareness and proper call logging protocols.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in both English and Spanish (Bilingual) with a clear, confident phone presence.
- Sales Experience: Strong background in outbound cold calling or telemarketing; B2B experience is highly preferred.
- Sales Mindset: Proven ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and remain motivated by performance goals.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Close dialer is a plus) and basic data validation/cleanup.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with the ability to engage US-based prospects and navigate gatekeepers effectively.
- Productivity: Ability to maintain a high volume of activity (80–100 dials/day) while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Incentives: This role includes a performance-based commission structure.
