Scope of Role: Are you looking for a career in sales? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Abstrakt, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for our clients. This role is tailor-made for sales-minded go-getters who love connecting with decision-makers and making things happen. This position is the path into six figure career opportunities within Abstrakt including sales, sales management and account management. • Serve as the technical lead on client calls in partnership with Client Success Managers. • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify requirements, constraints, and integration points. • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution designs. • Develop detailed technical scopes of work for new implementations and enhancements. • Provide accurate hour estimates and level-of-effort assessments to support new deals and change orders. • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to define solution boundaries, assumptions, risks, and dependencies. • Provide architectural recommendations aligned with Salesforce best practices. • Communicate technical tradeoffs, risks, and design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Design scalable Salesforce architectures across Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue, and Data functions. • Create and maintain Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) to document system architecture and data models. • Develop technical design documentation and implementation road-maps. • Define integration architecture for external systems using APIs, middleware, and automation tools. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data governance, and performance best practices. • Break down scoped projects into actionable work items and delivery phases. • Create and assign technical actions to appropriate internal resources. • Provide oversight and review of configuration, automation, integration, and custom development. • Ensure all deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and timeline expectations. • Perform solution validation and quality assurance reviews prior to client delivery. • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. • Architect and implement complex automation using Flow, Apex (as applicable), and integration frameworks. • Support multi-cloud implementations and cross-platform data strategies. • Guide best practice implementations across Revenue operations, Marketing automation, analytics, and data platforms. • Stay current on Salesforce product releases and recommend innovation opportunities to clients.
