Procurement Assistant – Apprenticeship

• Support the Head of Indirect Procurement and global buyers in: managing tenders (sourcing support, drafting specifications with internal stakeholders, analysing supplier responses, evaluations, participating in negotiations, and contracting in compliance with internal procedures) • Managing cross-functional projects (implementation of new tools/new procurement practices, supporting Group initiatives, CSR initiatives, group and country spend analyses, etc.) • Contributing to: defining the Indirect Procurement strategy, spend analysis, identifying internal client needs, putting in place action plans to deploy the developed strategy, evaluating approved suppliers and monitoring supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procedures, managing risks, and ensuring proper application of the Procurement policy defined by the Group

Job Requirements

  • Education: Business school work-study program or Master’s degree in Procurement
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English

Role Description Tender, Contract and Pricing Associate EMEA Operations is responsible for supporting the tender, contract and pricing, and commercial operations management processes across the EMEA regions.
