Procurement Sourcing Specialist

iDeals

• Forecast and manage demand to align procurement activities with business needs • Conduct cost analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments to support sourcing decisions • Monitor price, supplier, and market trends to inform procurement strategies • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring performance meets agreed KPIs and company standards • Ensure compliance of new and existing contracts with company policies and requirements • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure transparency throughout sourcing, selection, and contracting processes

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, including at least 1 year in international procurement
  • Experience in IT and/or marketing procurement categories
  • Solid understanding of the Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Framework
  • Proven ability to conduct cost-benefit and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
  • Project management experience, including managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (at least B2 level for speaking and C1 for writing)
