• Own experimentation analytics. Design, monitor and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across Product and Marketing • Partner with Product Managers and Marketing leads to prioritize experiments using frameworks like ICE or PIE • Translate experimental results into business recommendations • Collaborate with engineering to ensure consistent event tracking and instrumentation design • Develop internal experimentation frameworks. Build dbt models and dashboards that automate experiment tracking, power statistical analyses, and improve interpretability. • Mentor analysts: guide the team in best practices for causal inference, power analysis, metric selection, and communicating uncertainty. • Improve data infrastructure: maintain and improve dbt models, metrics definitions, and self-serve data assets. • Develop descriptive reporting dashboards across Product, Merchandising, and other teams • Dive into complex SQL and break down problems • Identify areas of opportunity to move from descriptive to predictive analytics, and ad-hoc to self-serve reporting • Maintain analytics roadmap to prioritize initiatives, communicate timelines, and ensure successful, timely completion of deliverables
• Assist with weekly scheduling of outbound trucks leaving and injecting around various points around the country to make our delivery SLAs • Work closely with our carrier and 3PL partners to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery • Monitor and report out key performance indicators such as on time delivery, damages, etc on a weekly and monthly basis • Work with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of our deliveries from FC to customer • Assist in managing the weekly/monthly expenses and work with AP to correct any discrepancies

• Team Support: Training, coaching, fleet maintenance, dispatch, and routing to maintain high performance and morale. • Operational Oversight: Managing daily line haul routing, backhaul/DBM daily route completion, Vehicle PM’s. • Inventory Management: Overseeing Fleet rental usage and utilization accuracy. • Logistics Coordination: Organizing, scheduling, and tracking carrier shipments, including optimizing routes and transit times. • Efficiency Improvement: Using data and analytics (TMS,/Jalapeno systems) to identify bottlenecks, improve productivity, and manage workflows. • Ensure that every team member complies with all DOT, OSHA and Misfits Market safety standards - at all times. • Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence. • Complete all assigned trainings and inspections with your team to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain excellent record-keeping to meet all regulatory standards. • Optimize the allocation of resources, including workloads and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. • Lead and mentor front-line delivery staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork. Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance. • Supports the overall distribution volume, which may include helping other drivers complete their routes or working overtime as needed. • Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success. Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with our HR and Learning teams to implement training programs.
• Own the strategy, performance, and operating model of the full 3P procurement organization. • Accountable for the financial performance of the 3P business, including forecast accuracy, ISR, shrink, shorts, cost-of-goods, and inventory turns. • Create and execute long-term 3P procurement and merchandising strategies. • Lead and develop a team of managers, senior individual contributors, and associates. • Define and govern the vendor portfolio—including partner selection, negotiation frameworks, contract structures, performance management, and long-term collaboration models. • Drive category strategy across the 3P assortment, balancing market trends, customer needs, profitability, and competitive positioning. • Serve as the senior point of accountability for 3P integration across the company. • Define the analytical frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards that guide the 3P business.
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end: create POs, validate accuracy (pricing, pack, ship windows, terms), send to vendors, and track through delivery into our fulfillment centers. • Monitor inventory levels across assigned categories and fulfillment centers; flag risks (shorts, overstock, shrink, aging product) and recommend corrective actions to your Sourcing & Category Manager. • Support forecasting at the item and fulfillment-center level to meet sales plans, minimize shrink, and hit inventory targets. • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on sales, inventory, and supplier KPIs to the 3P team and broader Merch organization, with a clear point of view on opportunities and risks. • Coordinate with Finance, Receiving, and Quality Assurance to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies, verify arrivals, and work with vendors on quality or quantity issues. • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, item setup data, and cost files; support data hygiene across procurement and inventory systems.
• Own end-to-end procurement and account management for 3P customers across multiple facilities, including new ingredient sourcing, demand forecasting, and cost negotiations. • Act as the lead representative for assigned categories to major accounts, delivering proactive communication and ensuring a superior client experience. • Lead category sourcing for assigned Produce or Grocery categories, identifying new suppliers and unique product innovations to meet 3P requirements. • Manage and oversee short-term purchasing while developing long-term strategies for sustainable business outcomes. • Partner with the 1st Party Misfits Merchandising team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage and quality standards. • Monitor vendor performance (reliability, quality, compliance) and implement corrective actions as needed. • Develop and execute contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, process challenges, and quality issues. • Manage a direct report (Buyer Analyst) responsible for demand planning and purchase order management; provide coaching, feedback, and professional development. • Partner across Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Operations, and Transportation to align demand projections with operational feasibility. • Proactively drive solutions for cross-functional conflicts, ensuring business needs and customer commitments are balanced.
