• Design and implementation of innovative solutions in SAP Customer Experience, SAP S/4HANA and SAP C/4HANA • Advising clients on the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Experience and hybrid sales platforms • Agile approach in development projects and use of modern planning tools for software development • Customizing and development of service and sales processes in SAP cloud solutions • Development of user-friendly interfaces in cloud and Fiori applications • Continuous professional development in the Customer Experience domain and application of new technologies
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
- Very good command of German and English
- Experience in the organization and modeling of CRM processes
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP CRM and ABAP-OO (ideally with experience in Customer Experience projects)
- Experience in system integration, particularly in cloud development
- Familiarity with hybrid platforms (SAP and non-SAP products)
- Experience developing user-friendly interfaces (e.g., Fiori)
