• Contact with customers and implementation of the customer service philosophy • Handle inquiries at the service desk • Record, process, maintain and prioritize inquiries • Monitor service level agreements • Act as an interface between the development department and customers

Job Requirements

  • Initial experience in the IT industry or IT affinity
