Information Design

• Work as an IT Consultant on agile software and consulting projects for international aviation clients • Bridge business and technology by helping clients design, integrate, and manage data-driven solutions • Analyze existing business processes and contribute to their development and optimization • Support and lead consulting projects focused on data integration, management, and processing • Plan, design, and facilitate client meetings and workshops • Ensure budget tracking and adherence to schedules throughout project delivery • Serve as a trusted expert and liaison between clients and internal development teams

• Drive the expansion of IT infrastructure – on-prem and in the cloud (AWS & Azure) • Support day-to-day operations and collaborate with colleagues and customers • Continuously document and optimize existing systems and processes

• Contact with customers and implementation of the customer service philosophy • Handle inquiries at the service desk • Record, process, maintain and prioritize inquiries • Monitor service level agreements • Act as an interface between the development department and customers
