• Support and advise our Dutch-speaking customers via email and phone • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints • Resolve issues in a solution-oriented way until full customer satisfaction is achieved • Communicate with internal departments such as Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Service • Maintain and document customer inquiries in the system • Provide support for questions about products, deliveries, and returns • Ensure a high level of service in the Dutch market
Job Requirements
- First experience in customer service or support, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Strong service and customer orientation, especially in international customer interactions
- Good logical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is a plus
- Excellent Dutch language skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Structured and reliable work style, high self-motivation, and team spirit

Role Description We are seeking a Financial Aid Support Representative to provide hands-on assistance to prospective and enrolled students as they complete their financial aid requirements. This is a temporary support role (up to 6 months) designed to help reduce processing backlogs and ensure students stay on track for enrollment and funding. In this role, you’ll guide students step-by-step through FAFSA completion and related requirements via remote and/or in-person sessions , while working closely with Admissions and Financial Aid teams.
