Role Description The Sales Support Manager is responsible for providing critical support to Regional Sales Managers across customer service, program coordination, and sales operations. This position ensures that sales teams are fully enabled to focus on customer acquisition and growth, while the Sales Support Manager manages internal processes, customer follow-up, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
