Sales & Application Manager – Central/Eastern Germany

• Responsible for selling the full product portfolio within the region • Active market development and achieving sales and profit targets • Responsibility for sales of the entire product portfolio in the region • Acquisition of new customers as well as sustainable development and expansion of customer relationships • Advising customers on sales- and product-specific questions • Close cooperation with internal sales regarding order processing • Defining and implementing sales activities in collaboration with other company areas such as Marketing, Product Management and R&D • Market monitoring and analysis, reporting on market trends • Regular reporting to Sales Management • Supporting our users • Training physicians and hospital staff from various departments on the use and handling of endoscopic instruments and related technologies • OR support for surgeons during observerships, operations and workshops • Independent planning, preparation and execution of tasks and travel in coordination with all relevant internal and external stakeholders • Product demonstrations, user inductions and internal training including corresponding documentation • Customer consulting at trade fairs and symposia as well as demonstrations of the application of new products

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Medical Technology or completed vocational training in medical technology, preferably with commercial/ business training
  • Professional experience in medical device sales, alternatively as an application specialist or in product management
  • Medical-technical knowledge, preferably in the field of spine surgery
  • Experience assisting in operating rooms
  • Qualification as a medical device advisor/consultant
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for learning new topics
  • Very good German and good English skills
