Job Requirements
- University degree already attained or students graduating within the next 12 months.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and quality principles.
- Exposure to SDLC concepts and Agile collaboration.
- Familiarity with manual testing practices.
- Basic documentation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Basic exposure to AI-assisted QA workflows and willingness to follow responsible AI usage practices.
- Desirable qualifications: Exposure to Azure DevOps test management, Boards, or similar approved workflows used by the team.
- Exposure to approved test automation tooling and frameworks used by the team.
- Fundamentals of API testing.
- Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Prompting fundamentals for AI-assisted test case drafting and documentation support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within the aerospace, space, and/or defense industries, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. What You Will Do: Audit Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, and/or conduct second party QMS audits for compliance with the 91XX and ISO series of standards, RTX and business unit policies & procedures, and regulatory and customer requirements across RTX sites. - Perform formal responsibilities of a lead auditor such as audit planning in conjunction with the EQA audit planner, representing the audit team with site leadership, conducting opening and closing meetings, and daily debriefs with site personnel. - Ensure that processes, products, and services comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Complete and issue detailed audit reports, including findings, non-conformances, and review and approve effective corrective actions and ensure implementation effectiveness. - May assist RTX Certification bodies during site surveillance and recertification audits, including facilitating audit schedules, logistics, and closure of corrective actions.
