Role Description As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will: - Work as part of the Salesforce team that represents our instances of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Partner Relationship Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management (as well as various integrations with internal boundary applications). - Be expected to question the norm, challenge the status quo, and push your team towards continuous improvement, mentoring and guiding junior developers. - Be open to learning; AI mindset is a must. - Design, develop, and implement custom software and database application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems with limited oversight. - Contribute to a culture of AI literacy within the engineering team, sharing strategies for safe, ethical, and effective use of AI in software development and encouraging experimentation with new AI-enhanced workflows. Qualifications - 5+ years of Salesforce Platform experience as a developer. - SFDC Experience with focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Aura Components. - Experience in Sales and Service Cloud (Conga CLM a plus). - 5+ years of experience with various technologies such as: - Languages such as JavaScript/Node.js/Vue.js, Python, Go, Java/Springboot, as well as experience in HTML, JS, and CSS. - Database Technologies: SOQL, Mongo DB, Oracle, PostgreSQL. - Experience with automated testing frameworks like Playwright, Copado CRT. - Experience with Dev Ops best practices. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. - The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. - Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay. As a Senior Salesforce Developer at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you’d work primarily in Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
