CRM Solutions Engineer

• Recommend Technology Solutions for our customers and prospects. • Demonstrates understanding of goals and objectives and customer business needs by using Selling Through Curiosity discovery methodologies to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented. • Collaborates closely with Solution Engineers, consulting manager, sales and project teams in assessing business strategy and priorities, and tuning solutions to business goals. • Creates product demonstration scripts that clearly show how our CRM products address customer pain points based on progressive discovery. • Delivers product demonstrations in an effective and engaging manner to customer. • Strives to tell relatable stories so that customers can clearly see how our CRM solutions solves their pain points and improves their business. • Can effectively manage an audience with diverse business needs and interests through demos ranging from a few hours to all day. • Contributes to more effective operations by developing and enforcing best practice policies and procedures for product implementations. • Develops detailed process and data models for logical and conceptual requirements to meet solution objectives. • Applies modeling techniques and enterprise data standards to highly complex business requirements. • Performs initial design, problem solving and reviews of software architecture appropriate to strategic direction of the customer. • Coordinates cross-functional departments to develop solutions and resolve issues. • Works closely with Project and Consulting Managers to ensure development and technical resources are assigned with appropriate task durations. • Ensures financial targets are met by achieving budget goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of CRM application consulting or Sales / Solutions Engineer experience with other CRM solutions, executing the entire SDLC from concept to production as a lead functional or technical consultant.
- Industry experience delivering highly available, highly scalable CRM solutions.
- Experience creating high level estimates based on limited requirements.
- Master at generating functional and technical Solution Design deliverables for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to travel throughout North America.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to sales and account teams, helping public sector customers understand and adopt Docusign’s platform with confidence. • Partner closely with customers to translate their mission, regulatory, and security requirements into practical solutions that showcase the value of our products. • Support sales opportunities by delivering security demonstrations, leading technical discussions, and guiding customers through solution design. • Address customer risk and compliance concerns by providing clear, contextual responses to security questionnaires, RFPs, and workshops. • Collaborate with security, product, and infrastructure teams to align technical capabilities with customer requirements and ensure seamless transitions into deployment and ongoing success. • Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities, ensuring timely preparation and submission of necessary security artifacts and evidence to third-party assessors.
• Provide technical and business-relevant feedback into Product Management based on field engagements to improve Wiz’s position and value messaging to prospects and clients. • Collaborate with Wiz sales teams on strategic opportunities in demonstrating the business and technical value of the Wiz platform. • Assist SEs and prospects during the POC process with advanced use cases, installation/deployment, and troubleshooting. • Lead regular thought leadership sessions with the field teams sharing insights and approaches derived through customer engagement to improve our effectiveness in messaging and delivering value to prospective clients and existing customers. • Assist in messaging and selling Wiz platform capabilities to prospects and customers.
