Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in an agency, consulting, or technology environment
- Proven hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including:
- Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder
- AMPscript, SSJS, JS, SQL, APIs
- Solid understanding of marketing automation, data architecture, and integration patterns
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM, Data 360, and external systems
- Strong Salesforce Platform (CRM/Service/Sales) technical and process integration knowledge
- Ability to clearly explain technical trade-offs, constraints, and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Able to balance technical depth with client-facing communication
