Profitable Tradie - Trades Business Specialist

• Own the strategy, execution, and growth of our entire content ecosystem • Build trust at scale by designing a content system that supports paid traffic, sales, and long-term brand equity • Lead the podcast to grow monthly downloads from approx 16,000 to 30,000+ • Define podcast positioning, content themes, guest strategy, and distribution • Ensure every episode and piece of content serves a clear strategic purpose • Turn organic social media into an authority engine focused on influence, engagement, and credibility, not vanity metrics • Create frameworks, contrarian perspectives, and point-of-view content that shapes the market • Own YouTube as a long-form authority platform with deep dives, breakdowns, and case studies • Align content with buyer objections, market sophistication, and sales conversations • Oversee TikTok and short-form platforms as top-of-funnel attention engines through rapid testing and iteration • Lead the strategy and execution of the founder’s personal brand, positioning them as a category leader • Protect the founder’s time through leverage, systems, and repeatable formats • Create systems to repurpose, amplify, and distribute content across all channels • Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator, setting direction, standards, and execution rhythm
