• The Executive Connect & Invite‑Only Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of TM Forum’s Executive Connect programme and Invite‑Only sponsor experiences. • Manage curated sponsor–executive meetings, high‑value sessions, and senior‑level engagement across TM Forum’s global events. • Manage the full delivery lifecycle — from sponsor onboarding and audience targeting through to acquisition, outreach, scheduling, and onsite execution. • Ensure every interaction delivers value for both sponsors and senior CSP attendees. • Report to the Senior Executive Connect & Invite‑Only Manager and focus on delivering a smooth, high‑quality experience for sponsors and delegates. • Maintain strong operational delivery and contribute to continuous improvement across Executive Connect and Invite‑Only formats.

• Work closely with the Mission Lead to run the AN mission • Formulate and set a cohesive strategy • Build a healthy community of member professionals • Ensure marketing and sales teams are equipped with a clear value proposition • Deputize for the Mission Lead when required at meetings and events

• Provide day to day operational support to the Accounts Receivable Manager across billing, collections administration, cash allocation, member query handling, reconciliations, and accounts receivable reporting • Support daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing administration, collections follow up, cash allocation, and member query resolution • Provide Mandarin language support for member communications relating to invoices, payment status, remittance information, outstanding balances, and collection follow ups • Assist with timely and accurate billing for global membership and services • Monitor assigned debtor balances and ageing reports, issue reminders in line with agreed processes, and escalate overdue or high-risk accounts • Apply and match receipts to customer accounts and invoices, investigate unapplied cash • Support member payment queries involving bank details, remittance advice, and local payment constraints • Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable documentation and correspondence records • Assist with month end Accounts Receivable activities • Help prepare regular accounts receivable reporting • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve member billing and payment issues efficiently • Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and supporting cleaner data.

• Own and lead TM Forum’s technology, data and digital platforms • Define and execute a coherent technology, data and platform strategy • Deliver member-facing digital experiences alongside Marketing • Build and run a modern, secure, scalable platform estate • Establish practical data and AI foundations that are used daily

• Serve as the single accountable owner for day to day health and performance of TM Forum’s API tooling ecosystem. • Act as the gatekeeper and design authority for tool quality, standards compliance, and architectural alignment. • Moderate and support member contributions — reviewing, mentoring, and merging community tooling updates. • Maintain the tooling that underpins our API build release, and publication process. • Lead the roadmap for next generation API tooling, including AI assisted API production. • Maintain stable, secure, transparent operations with visibility of changes and traceability of outputs.

• Deliver incisive, original telecoms market insights using a range of traditional and, increasingly, new compelling, visually engaging formats using multimedia tools (e.g., infographics, video explainers, interactive tools) • Develop a data-driven approach to research leveraging both assets within the Insights team and working across the different missions • Build a high profile within the telecoms industry through the delivery of these insights • Collaborate with the engagement team and, where relevant, deliver insights / presentations to TM Forum members to help enhance TM Forum’s overall value proposition • Position TM Forum’s capabilities, assets and initiatives as solutions, or part-solutions, to the most pressing telecoms industry challenges and opportunities • Conduct rigorous research and benchmarking across telecom domains to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities • Work with the Commercial Director to ensure Insight products meet market needs and deliver measurable value • Liaise with industry stakeholders and research partners to validate findings and enhance credibility

• Responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of the technology and data functions • Own the roadmap and delivery of digital platforms and core capabilities • Lead a high-performing digital delivery function across product management, platform engineering, integration and analytics • Deliver secure, scalable and reliable services through DevOps, engineering and IT operations • Lead governance for IT, digital and data initiatives, including prioritisation and procurement • Own and operate AI enablement platforms and foundations across the organization • Manage vendor and partner relationships to maximise value and delivery quality

• Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of TM Forum events globally to create exceptional experiences for our Members • Manage logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for all events • Oversee AV, staging, and digital platform integration for live and hybrid experiences • Ensure premium sponsor visibility and delegate engagement through effective exhibition planning and execution • Work closely with Sponsor Success and Content teams to ensure seamless delivery of all event components

• Overseeing the operational aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that events are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards. • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement operational plans for events in Asia. • Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including venue selection and management, setup, transportation, accommodation. • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible arrangements for each event. • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within allocated funds. • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding event operations. • Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly.
