• Entrerai nel team HR (oggi 5 persone) con un approccio da HR Business Partner , gestendo ricerche e clienti in autonomia , coordinandoti con noi su priorità, timeline e standard. • Gestione completa del processo : intake, job profile, canali, head hunting, interviste, shortlist, feedback loop • Relazione consulenziale con i clienti : guida su priorità, trade-off, pacchetto e iter selettivo • Supporto alla strutturazione di processi HR essenziali (snelli e concreti), quando richiesto dal progetto: basi di inquadramenti / contratti (in sinergia con consulenti) amministrazione HR (flussi, documentazione, scadenze) onboarding, performance basics, policy snelle , organizzazione e rituali HR • Miglioramento continuo : template, pipeline, strumenti, standard di qualità
Job Requirements
- 2–4 anni di esperienza in HR / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, preferibilmente con esperienza in azienda ( HR interno / People / HR Generalist )
- Ottima capacità di head hunting e gestione end-to-end
- Mentalità startup / scale-up : autonomia, velocità, capacità di decidere
- Precisione e ownership : prendi una ricerca e la porti a chiusura con standard alti
- Disponibilità e continuità sul progetto : cerchiamo freelance che possano garantire una presenza operativa costante durante le fasi chiave della ricerca, nel rispetto della propria autonomia organizzativa
