• Responsible for selling and delivering AC/DC power systems • Identify and establish relationships with customers and engineering companies • Forecast both short- and long-term sales by customer • Deliver and present proposed systems solutions to clients • Negotiate to convert proposals into purchase orders • Enter successful projects into IFS • Assign project teams for execution • Coordinate with the VP of Business Development and senior management • Ensure designs are completed on schedule and within budget • Domestic and international travel up to 40% of the time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electronics Technology
- 5 -10 years of experience in the sales of industrial power equipment

Role Description Sales Engineer / Technical Business Development Manager is required to work for a respected Electronic manufacturing group to support their continued expansion. The role is required to promote the Group capability and partner with commercial teams in each of our businesses. We seek a solution sales approach focused on delivering value to our existing and prospective customers. Once we discover the client's needs, we link our Group technological capabilities and business value with the client. Location / Travel: This role is predominantly home-based; however, frequent travel to clients and to manufacturing sites is required.
